Remote Learning Focus - PCTE Industrial's COVID-19 Response

PCTE are making some adjustments to the way we do business and support our existing customers as a response to COVID-19.

We are trying to offer more chances to learn, to trial equipment and to work with us, but to do so with care and where practical remotely.

To that end we have the following responses:

• Weekly NDT Equipment Training webinars, hosted online using Zoom Video, with a training focus on one product type as generally as possible and one example from PCTE’s range. We have one planned to begin with.  

Metal Hardness Training - Friday 3/4/20 - 12:30pm AEST, with a look at the Equotip range

• Video demonstrations can be booked at any time, we can use Zoom, WhatsApp, FaceTime or other systems as you prefer. We will put you in direct touch with PCTE’s company expert in any product range.

• We can also offer video training with any new system purchase, including ultrasound, metal hardness and more. 

• Hands on trials are available with sanitised equipment, remote video training and de-briefing.

We have also instructed all our sales staff to take due care, not attend events, seminars or large gatherings and to avoid public transport and work alone.

Anyone showing symptoms indicative of COVID-19 will isolate themselves from co-workers and clients.
